Initial notes on magazine advertisments

We researched several music album advertisements that appear in magazines and began to notice lots of similarities.The conventions used in all these types of adds are similar due to the fact they all need certain information and aim to inform their audiences of release dates and the type of album it is.

 
From this image above you can see that it clearly shows the release date.
 
A lot of the magazine advertisements also had newspaper ratings so audiences could see how good they are expected to be.
 
 
They will also show the artists name in big writing so the audiences know exactly who has produced this album.
